Jewar Toll Plaza is the first major toll collection point on the Yamuna Expressway when travelling from Greater Noida towards Mathura and Agra. It is located near Jewar town in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh, and also serves traffic travelling towards Noida International Airport, Khair, Aligarh and nearby YEIDA sectors.
Unlike a normal flat-rate toll plaza, Jewar Toll Plaza forms part of the Yamuna Expressway’s distance-based toll system. The amount charged depends on the type of vehicle and the section of the expressway used. Motorcycles and three-wheelers are also charged on this expressway.

| Vehicle category | Jewar section charge |
| Two-wheeler, three-wheeler or registered tractor | ₹60 |

The wider Yamuna Expressway tariff currently uses the following per-kilometre rates:
| Vehicle category | Current rate per kilometre |
| Two-wheeler, three-wheeler or registered tractor | ₹1.50 |

These rates became effective on October 1, 2024. A further average increase of around 3.5% was proposed in May 2026, but YEIDA officials said at that time that no final decision had been taken. Maintain distance from the vehicle ahead when approaching the scanner and move only after the lane signal turns green. YEIDA also advises drivers to slow down before entering and leaving toll lanes.
Traffic and Safety Tips
Traffic can become heavy during weekends, festival holidays and peak travel periods towards Mathura, Vrindavan and Agra. The toll plaza may also experience additional traffic connected with the Jewar airport area.
The normal speed limit for light vehicles on the Yamuna Expressway is reduced during the winter fog period. From December 15 to February 15, light vehicles have previously been limited to 75 km/h, while heavy vehicles remained restricted to 60 km/h. Drivers should follow the speed shown on current roadside signs.
