Bharudi Toll Plaza Rates
The following toll charges apply from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
| Vehicle category | Single journey | Return journey | Monthly pass |
| Car, jeep or van | ₹45 | ₹70 | ₹1,555 |
| Light commercial vehicle or minibus | ₹75 | ₹115 | ₹2,515 |

| Heavy construction or earth-moving equipment | ₹250 | ₹370 | ₹8,260 |
| Vehicle with seven or more axles | ₹300 | ₹450 | ₹10,055 |
A car, jeep or van pays ₹45 for one crossing through Bharudi Toll Plaza.
An eligible outward and return journey costs ₹70 when both crossings are completed within the permitted 24-hour period using the same FASTag.
The ₹1,555 car monthly pass is intended for frequent users. It is different from any special concession provided to qualifying residents living close to the toll plaza.
Single and Return-Journey Charges Explained
The ₹45 car rate applies to one passage through Bharudi Toll Plaza.
The ₹70 return rate covers one outward journey and one eligible return journey. It does not mean that ₹70 is charged during each crossing.
A normal FASTag transaction may appear as:
- First crossing: ₹45
- Eligible return crossing: ₹25
- Total cost of both crossings: ₹70
The same active FASTag should be used for both journeys.
When a vehicle returns after the permitted 24-hour period, the second crossing may be treated as a new single journey and charged another ₹45.
Drivers should retain both FASTag transaction messages until the return journey has been completed.
Local Commercial Vehicle Rates
Reduced rates are listed for qualifying commercial vehicles registered within the district where Bharudi Toll Plaza is located.
| Vehicle category | Local commercial rate |
| Commercial car, jeep or van | ₹25 |
| Light commercial vehicle or minibus | ₹40 |
| Bus or two-axle truck | ₹80 |
| Commercial vehicle with up to three axles | ₹85 |
| Four-to-six-axle vehicle | ₹125 |
| Heavy construction or earth-moving equipment | ₹125 |
| Vehicle with seven or more axles | ₹150 |
A Rajkot district registration number may not automatically activate the reduced rate.
The vehicle owner may be required to provide:
- Vehicle registration certificate
- Valid commercial permit
- Registered business or residential-address proof
- Active FASTag linked to the vehicle
- Proof of regular local operation
- Completed concession application
- Any additional documents requested by the toll office
The toll administration must verify the documents and configure the concession against the approved vehicle and FASTag.
Local Resident Monthly Pass
Eligible residents living within 20 kilometres of Bharudi Toll Plaza may apply for a concessional monthly pass for a privately owned, non-commercial vehicle.
The current plaza page continues to display ₹245 for the 2025–26 financial year. It does not clearly publish a revised Bharudi-specific local-pass amount for 2026–27.
Applicants should therefore confirm the payable amount through the toll control room before applying.
Documents normally required include:
- Vehicle registration certificate
- Aadhaar card or another identity document
- Current residential-address proof
- Active FASTag linked to the vehicle
- Registered mobile number
- Recent photograph
- Completed local-pass application
The residence must be verified as being within the prescribed distance. Merely owning a vehicle registered in Rajkot district does not automatically provide the local concession.

Bharudi and Pithadia Toll Plazas Are Different
Bharudi Toll Plaza and Pithadia Toll Plaza are separate toll collection points on the Gondal–Rajkot section of NH 27.
Pithadia Toll Plaza is located at approximately Km 120.700 and carries plaza code 52001.
Bharudi Toll Plaza is located at Km 156.800 and carries plaza code 52002.
Depending on the exact entry point and destination, a vehicle travelling along a longer portion of the Rajkot–Gondal corridor may receive deductions at both plazas.
Separate deductions are therefore not automatically duplicate transactions. Drivers should compare:
- Exact toll-plaza name
- Plaza code
- Transaction date and time
- Toll amount
- Highway entry and exit points
FASTag and Payment Information
FASTag is the standard toll-payment method at Bharudi Toll Plaza.
Before travelling, ensure that the FASTag:
- Is active and has sufficient balance
- Is properly fixed to the windscreen
- Is linked to the correct vehicle registration number
- Shows the correct vehicle category
- Has completed the necessary verification
- Is not damaged, suspended or blacklisted
Maintain sufficient distance from the vehicle ahead when entering the toll lane. Following a truck or bus too closely may interfere with the scanner’s ability to recognise each vehicle separately.
The transaction message may display Bharudi Toll Plaza or plaza code 52002.
An incorrect deduction can be reported through the FASTag-issuing bank, RajmargYatra or National Highway helpline 1033.
FASTag Annual Pass
The NHAI FASTag Annual Pass costs ₹3,075 for the 2026–27 financial year.
It is available for eligible privately registered, non-commercial cars, jeeps and vans. The pass remains valid for one year from activation or 200 eligible toll-plaza crossings, whichever occurs first.
One passage through Bharudi Toll Plaza normally counts as one crossing. Passing through the plaza and returning through it generally counts as two crossings.
Before relying on the Annual Pass, confirm that:
- Bharudi Fee Plaza appears in the eligible-plaza list
- The vehicle is privately registered and non-commercial
- Its registered category is car, jeep or van
- The FASTag is active and linked to the correct registration number
- The tag is permanently attached to the same vehicle
The Annual Pass is activated on the existing FASTag and cannot be transferred to another vehicle.

The current plaza listing does not show a dedicated public rest area, truck lay-by or weighbridge directly at Bharudi Toll Plaza.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Will a Rajkot-to-Gondal journey cross Bharudi Toll Plaza?
Normally, yes. Vehicles using the main NH 27 route from Rajkot towards Gondal generally cross Bharudi Toll Plaza before reaching Gondal.
Q2. Why did FASTag deduct ₹45 first and ₹25 during the return?
The eligible car return rate is ₹70 in total. The system may deduct ₹45 during the first crossing and the remaining ₹25 when the vehicle returns within 24 hours using the same FASTag.
Q3. Why were both Pithadia and Bharudi tolls deducted?
They are separate toll plazas with different plaza codes and chainages on the broader Gondal–Rajkot corridor. A longer journey may legitimately cross both.
Q4. How can an incorrect Bharudi FASTag deduction be challenged?
Save the FASTag message and note the plaza name, code, amount, transaction time and vehicle number. Report it through the issuing bank, RajmargYatra or helpline 1033. Include both transaction records when disputing a return-journey charge.
