Yamuna Expressway is a 165.5-kilometre access-controlled road connecting Greater Noida with Agra in Uttar Pradesh. It is also commonly called the Taj Expressway because it provides a fast road connection from Delhi-NCR to Agra and the Taj Mahal.

The expressway begins near Pari Chowk in Greater Noida and ends near Kuberpur, where it connects with the Agra highway network. It passes through or provides access to areas such as Jewar, Mathura, Vrindavan and Agra.
Yamuna Expressway Toll Plaza Locations
1. Jewar Toll Plaza
Jewar Toll Plaza is the first main toll point for vehicles travelling from Greater Noida towards Agra.
It is located near kilometre 38 in the Jewar area of Gautam Buddh Nagar district. Vehicles travelling towards Jewar, the airport area or nearby industrial sectors may enter or leave the expressway through authorised interchanges in this region.
2. Mathura Toll Plaza
Mathura Toll Plaza is the second main toll point and is located near kilometre 95.
It serves the central part of the expressway and traffic travelling towards Mathura, Vrindavan, Raya and surrounding areas. Drivers leaving for Mathura or Vrindavan should follow the correct interchange signs rather than continuing unnecessarily towards Agra.
3. Agra Toll Plaza
Agra Toll Plaza is the third main toll point and is located near kilometre 150.
It serves vehicles approaching the southern end of the expressway near Kuberpur and Khandauli. After leaving the expressway, drivers can continue towards Agra city, the Taj Mahal, Agra Inner Ring Road, NH 19 or the Agra–Lucknow Expressway.

A car, jeep or van travelling from Greater Noida to Agra through the complete expressway pays a total one-way toll of ₹415.
The amount is collected in separate portions:

Drivers may therefore receive three separate FASTag transaction messages during the complete journey. These deductions should not automatically be treated as duplicate charges.
Toll for a Partial Journey
A vehicle does not always have to pay the complete ₹415 car toll.

For a car travelling from Greater Noida to Agra and later returning through the complete expressway, the total toll may therefore be approximately:
₹415 going towards Agra + ₹415 returning = ₹830
The final amount can differ when the vehicle enters or leaves through an intermediate interchange.

Monthly Pass and Local Concessions
The current public Yamuna Expressway tariff does not provide one standard monthly-pass price for each vehicle category.

Directions to Yamuna Expressway
1. From Delhi
Travel towards Noida using the DND Flyway, Noida–Greater Noida Expressway or another suitable route.

The first main toll plaza is reached near Jewar.
2. From Noida
Join the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway and travel towards Pari Chowk.
Continue onto Yamuna Expressway towards Jewar and Agra. Avoid leaving through Greater Noida sector roads unless required for the destination.
3. From Greater Noida
Reach Pari Chowk or another authorised Yamuna Expressway entry point.

4. From Jewar
Use the authorised Jewar interchange or ramp connection to enter the expressway.

Yamuna Expressway and NH 19 Are Different Routes
Yamuna Expressway and NH 19 both connect the Delhi region with Agra, but they are separate roads.
Yamuna Expressway runs from Greater Noida to Kuberpur and passes through the Jewar and Mathura regions. It is a modern access-controlled expressway.
NH 19 follows the older Delhi–Faridabad–Palwal–Mathura–Agra corridor. It has different toll plazas, traffic conditions and entry points.
