Vehicle with seven or more axles ₹795 ₹1,195 ₹26,545

A car, jeep or van pays ₹125 for one crossing through Brijghat Toll Plaza.

An eligible outward and return journey costs ₹185 when the second crossing is completed within 24 hours using the same FASTag.

The standard ₹4,110 monthly pass is intended for frequent car users. It is different from the concessional pass provided to eligible residents living close to the toll plaza.

Single and Return-Journey Charges Explained

The ₹125 car rate applies to one passage through Brijghat Toll Plaza.

The ₹185 return rate covers one outward crossing and one eligible return crossing. It does not mean that ₹185 is charged separately during both passages.

A normal FASTag deduction may appear as:

  • First crossing: ₹125
  • Eligible return crossing: ₹60
  • Total charge for both crossings: ₹185

The same active FASTag should be used during both journeys.

If the vehicle returns after the permitted 24-hour period, the second passage may be treated as another single journey and charged ₹125.

Drivers should retain both FASTag transaction messages until their return journey has been completed.

Local Commercial Vehicle Rates

Reduced toll charges are listed for qualifying commercial vehicles registered within the district where Brijghat Toll Plaza is located.

Vehicle category Local commercial rate

Light commercial vehicle or minibus ₹100
Bus or two-axle truck ₹210
Commercial vehicle with up to three axles ₹230
Four-to-six-axle vehicle ₹325

A vehicle carrying a Hapur district registration number may not receive the concession automatically.

The vehicle owner may be required to provide:

  • Vehicle registration certificate
  • Valid commercial permit
  • Registered business or residential-address proof
  • Active FASTag linked to the vehicle
  • Proof of regular local operation
  • Completed concession application
  • Any additional document requested by the toll office

The approved rate is normally linked to the particular vehicle and FASTag after document verification.

Local Resident Monthly Pass

A person living within 20 kilometres of Brijghat Toll Plaza may apply for a concessional monthly pass for a privately owned, non-commercial car, jeep or van.

The local monthly-pass charge for the 2026–27 financial year is:

₹360 per month

Applicants may be required to provide:

  • Vehicle registration certificate
  • Aadhaar card or another identity document
  • Current residential-address proof
  • Active FASTag linked to the vehicle
  • Registered mobile number
  • Recent photograph
  • Completed local-pass application

The toll administration must verify that the applicant’s residence is within the prescribed 20-kilometre distance.

The pass is linked to one resident, vehicle and FASTag. Merely owning a vehicle registered in Hapur district does not automatically activate the concession.

Brijghat, Chhajarsi and Joya Toll Plazas Are Different

Brijghat, Chhajarsi and Joya are three separate toll plazas on different portions of the Delhi–Moradabad corridor.

Chhajarsi Toll Plaza is located closer to Pilkhuwa on the Delhi–Hapur section.

Brijghat Toll Plaza is located near Garhmukteshwar on the Hapur–Garhmukteshwar section.

Joya Toll Plaza is situated farther east in Amroha district on the Hapur Bypass–Moradabad section.

A vehicle travelling from Delhi towards Moradabad may receive separate FASTag deductions at all three locations.

These deductions are not automatically duplicates because each plaza covers a different highway section.

Drivers should compare:

  • Exact toll-plaza name
  • Plaza code
  • Transaction date and time
  • Toll amount
  • Direction of travel
  • Highway entry and exit points

Brijghat Toll Plaza’s official FASTag code is 193001.

FASTag and Payment Information

FASTag is the standard toll-payment method at Brijghat Toll Plaza.

Before travelling, ensure that the FASTag:

  • Is active and has sufficient balance
  • Is correctly attached to the windscreen
  • Is linked to the correct vehicle registration number
  • Shows the correct vehicle category
  • Has completed the required verification
  • Is not damaged, suspended or blacklisted

Maintain sufficient distance from the vehicle ahead while entering the toll lane. The plaza handles buses, trucks and tourist vehicles, and following a large vehicle too closely may interfere with tag scanning.

The transaction message may display Brijghat, Brij Ghat or plaza code 193001.

An incorrect deduction can be reported through the FASTag-issuing bank, RajmargYatra or National Highway helpline 1033.

FASTag Annual Pass

The NHAI FASTag Annual Pass costs ₹3,075 for the 2026–27 financial year.

It is available for eligible privately registered, non-commercial cars, jeeps and vans. The pass is valid for one year from activation or 200 eligible toll-plaza crossings, whichever occurs first.

One passage through Brijghat Toll Plaza normally counts as one crossing. Passing through the plaza and later returning generally counts as two crossings.

Before relying on the Annual Pass, confirm that:

  • Brijghat appears in the eligible-plaza list
  • The vehicle is privately registered and non-commercial
  • Its registered category is car, jeep or van
  • The FASTag is active and linked to the full registration number
  • The FASTag is properly attached to the same vehicle

The Annual Pass is activated on the existing FASTag and cannot be transferred to another vehicle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Why do some toll records show NH 24 instead of NH 9?

A: The Delhi–Hapur–Moradabad road was formerly numbered NH 24. It is now part of NH 9, although older toll systems and road signs may continue to display NH 24.

Q2: Will a Delhi-to-Moradabad journey cross three toll plazas?

A: It may cross Chhajarsi, Brijghat and Joya when the vehicle follows the main NH 9 route from Delhi. Each plaza covers a different highway section.

Q3: Why did FASTag deduct ₹125 first and ₹60 during the return?

A: The eligible car return rate is ₹185 in total. The system may deduct ₹125 during the first crossing and the remaining ₹60 when the vehicle returns within 24 hours using the same FASTag.

Q4: Do all vehicles visiting Brijghat Ganga Ghat have to pay this toll?

A: Not necessarily. It depends on the vehicle’s starting point, direction and highway access used. A local vehicle entering the Brijghat area from the same side of the plaza may reach the ghats without crossing it.
